This is my first tattoo. This one is to show my passion for felines! The original design was made by ethe.  Done by Manassés at Hell Bodyart in Araraquara, SP.

This is my first ever tattoo, that I got done in December as an early Christmas present from my parents. It was done by Jeff Kohl, owner of Studio XIII in Edinburgh, Scotland. The tattoo doesn’t really have a story behind it, but I just really wanted a tattoo and had done for about a year. It was based on a design that really caught my eye and I just absolutely love it! 

Coat of arms tattooed on Gerry McGroarty. Gerry currently holds the record in PA for kicking the longest field goal. He’s currently in Phoenix training for the NFL! good luck man!

“Seeker of Knowledge” by Jason Vaughn at Deluxe Tattoo in Chicago.

This is my boyfriends chef knives and wisks braclet tattoo. He got it at Adams Body Art here in Manitoba Canada, by a great tattoo artist named Mickey. My boyfriend got his degree in Culinary Arts, and loves working in a kitchen. He wants to eventually have a whle sleeve dedicated to cooking.

H.H. Little Sky @ Electric Quill Tattoo

This tattoo I’ve wanted for awhile. The Swallow on the far left was the first tattoo I got last spring, and I love it to death. I had originally wanted more than one Swallow, but since it was my first tattoo I didn’t really know what to expect. So for my 18th birthday I decided to get more birds but I also wanted something that would resemble my love for photography. I didn’t want it to be obvious, so I opted for an antique picture frame that sort of looks like a mirror and some silhouetted Swallows.           I got this tattoo for myself and not really for anyone else to understand completely. I love tattoos; I think they’re beautiful, so I wanted something that would display my love for art in a more artistic way. The tattoo took around an hour, and was done by Colin McClain at Skinquake in Bloomington, IN. I love it a lot, he did a really amazing job.

JT from Skin Prints, Eau Claire, WI inked my cupcake and I recommend Skin Prints to everyone.

Look closely and you’ll see there is a skull in the cherry. It was my dad’s idea and it kind of goes with his skull tattoos.

Despair by Alex Grey

Tattooed by Brian at Sabertooth in Pacific Beach, CA.

This is my sleeve about 70% finished. It wraps around my whole upper arm and shoulder. I think I’m at about 15-18 hours now. I stopped counting, hehe.  

I’m just intrigued by the works of Alex Grey and thought this painting would translate well into a tattoo. Though the title and  feeling of the piece is “despair”, and I didn’t necessarily feel that way about it. I just think it’s beautiful.
